We're an established OF agency managing multiple models across platforms. We're looking for a dedicated Fansly Feed Manager to take ownership of our models' Fansly presence – posting, scheduling, and optimizing content for growth and subscriber retention.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing 5 Fansly accounts across 3 models
- Posting to both free feeds (for reach & conversion) and paid subscriber feeds (for retention)
- Building and maintaining content plans for each account (free + paid – two separate strategies)
- Repurposing existing raw content – no need to brief new shoots, only work with what's available
- Basic video editing: trimming, captions, formatting for Fansly (CapCut or similar)
- Writing engaging English captions and post copy
- Analyzing performance data and adjusting strategy based on metrics (engagement, reach, free→paid conversion, retention)
- Weekly reporting on key metrics

Requirements

- 18+ (mandatory – you will be working with adult content)
- English B2 or higher (writing quality matters)
- SMM copywriting skills – you know how to write captions that stop the scroll
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)
- Ability to build content plans and schedule posts ahead of time

Referral Network


Activate top existing creators to refer peers. Manage the referral programme — track sign-ups, ensure payouts, and grow the pipeline from within the community.




Multi-Platform Scouting


Monitor TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Arabic niche platforms for unmonetised creators building large audiences. Reach them before competitors do.




Pipeline Reporting


Maintain a weekly outreach tracker. Report on contacts, response rates, sign-ups, and first-month revenue from creators you have brought on.




 

WHAT WE NEED
– familiarity with Arabic adult creator culture on X/Twitter you know the accounts, the communities, and how to approach creators credibly without being ignored or blocked.
– Outreach is conducted in Arabic but language proficiency is not required and can use translation tools. You need to write compelling DMs that do not read like templates.
– Telegram-native. You know how to build, grow, and moderate Telegram communities. You understand what keeps creators engaged.
– Self-directed with no hand-holding. You will have targets and tools — the execution is yours.
– Comfortable with the adult content category. You must be able to represent the platform professionally and build trust with creators.
– Results-oriented. You will be partly paid on performance. If commission-based earning does not motivate you, this is not the right role.
