This is a long-term position with significant responsibility. You will work closely with management and oversee both our posting team and editing team.

Your Responsibilities
Instagram Content Distribution

We create and test a high volume of Instagram accounts every day. Accounts that show strong performance are identified as winning accounts and handed over to our posting team.

You will be responsible for making sure that:

Winning accounts are properly prepared before content distribution begins.
The correct content from our Drive is distributed across the correct accounts.
Every active account receives the required daily content.
Posters consistently meet their minimum daily KPIs.

Instagram Algorithm & Account Health

You need to have a deep understanding of Instagram and its algorithm.

You should understand:

What currently drives reach and engagement on Instagram.
How Reels, Trial Reels, Carousels and Stories should be used effectively.
Current Instagram trends and changes to the algorithm.
Why accounts lose reach or get restricted, suspended or banned.
How to minimize account risks while operating at scale.
How to identify winning accounts and when an account should receive more attention.

You are expected to stay continuously up to date with changes to Instagram.

Data Tracking & Performance Analysis

Data is extremely important within our company.

You will track performance across different models, accounts and content formats to understand:

Which content performs best.
Which hooks and concepts generate the most reach.
Which accounts are outperforming others.
Which strategies should be scaled.
Which strategies should be stopped or adjusted.
What works differently for each individual model.

We use several CRM and tracking systems, and you will receive access to the systems required for your role.

You will also provide clear daily reports to management about account performance, content performance, team KPIs and important developments.

Content Quality Control

You will be responsible for maintaining a high quality standard across all Instagram content.

Before content is distributed, you should review the quality of:

Reels
Carousels
Stories
Hooks
Text-on-screen
Editing
Overall visual quality

Low-quality content should not be posted. If something does not meet our standards, it should be rejected, removed or sent back to the editing team for improvement.

Managing the Editing Team

You will work closely with and help manage our editing team.

Models regularly upload new raw content to our Drive. You are expected to stay up to date with new uploads and make sure the editing team turns this raw material into fresh content for distribution.

This includes creating and testing new TOS (Text on Screen) videos, hooks, concepts and variations based on the raw videos provided by our models.

Your goal is to ensure that every day there is enough fresh, high-quality content ready for every poster.

AI & Hybrid Content

We also work extensively with Higgsfield AI and other AI tools to create hybrid content for our real models.

You should be comfortable working in an AI-driven environment and thinking creatively about how AI can be incorporated into our content strategy.
